I was recently asked to try Duerr’s marmalade and challenged to get creative with their gorgeous globe jars.
A little history
Duerr’s have been around since 1881, with their products being made right here in the UK, Manchester to be precise. I’ve eaten their strawberry jams with pride before but never tried their marmalade before. I tried mine on some bagels and was SO impressed with the taste, fruity, sweet but bitter and so so good. *drools*
Mother’s Day is coming up soon, Spring is on its way (we hope) and my way to jazz my empty jar up was with some flowers. They’re the perfect mood booster, a way to bring life to a plain room and they also smell amazing. Instead of throwing the jar away after you’ve finished with it, perhaps this is a way to give you a little #JAMSPIRATION and get creative.
I would love to know your uses for jars and if you’ve tried Duerr’s marmalade or jams before. Take a look here for a little more inspo and you can find them on Twitter too.
