I’d written a 2018 bucket list post fairly recently, but that doesn’t stop me coveting more places to visit in 2018 and beyond, doesn’t it? You can find some travel inspiration over at Destination2 too.
Science says travel makes you smarter, so I’ll keep flying out until my brain is overflowing with knowledge.
Barbados
So I’ve actually been to Barbados, but it doesn’t stop me wanting to go back year after year. From the food, to the views, to learning more about where I’m from, Barbados will be home in more ways than one.
The Maldives
I’ve always thought the Maldives was a honeymoon destination, but more and more I’m see bloggers, vloggers and influencers visit there just because? Not that that’s a bad thing, it must mean this place is becoming more accessible for us young’uns. To be fair, I’ve seen some deals from £799 per person, so you’ll probably see me posting my beach hut IG post in no time.
Abu Dhabi
I would love to visit Abu Dhabi next year. I visited Dubai a few years back but didn’t have that ‘love at first flight’ feeling but I reckon I may just get that from A.D. There is so much history, culture and views to take in.
Beijing
Next year marks 11 years since I first visited Asia (Has it really been that long?). I am longing to go back to Far East and places like Beijing, Hong Kong and Tokyo are calling my name. The flight is long and the jet lag is so different going forward in time, but with all the lights, amazing food and places such a contrast to London, how could you not?
Where are you heading to in 2018? Are you more last minute or plan ahead kinda person? Let me know in the comments!
