REFLECTION
Take a moment to reflect about who you think you are, what others think of you (ask for feedback), where you want to be and how to get there. discovering your true self takes high emotional intelligence, self critique and realising your strengths and weaknesses.
DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT
If it wasn’t for blogging and growing up somewhat, I would still be stuck in my old ways. Discovering your true self means learning to shake off the fear and the doubt and attempt the unknown. I’m very loyal to the number three, so it’d be worth exploring what this means to me.
TRAVELLING THE WORLD
I can’t express how much travel has helped me discover my true self, but you can by checking out all my travel posts.
